Parscale Digital is looking for an VP of Digital Marketing to oversee its digital marketing agency, an industry-leading operation running digital advertising for a variety of clients across the country.  As head of the department, you will oversee the operations of the digital marketing team and interface with senior leadership across the company to develop and deliver solutions for clients.

Key Duties Include:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the digital marketing operation, overseeing all digital advertising staff and providing direction on strategy and execution
  • Set roadmap and goals for the department, and work with other department heads and executive leadership to continually develop service offering
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ad technology stack including ad servers, data onboarding, measurement tools, programmatic buying platforms, publisher relationships, and reporting dashboards
  • Manage budgeting for department tools, and provide administrative oversight for staff within the department
  • Provide strategic support for the sales team, including crafting solutions for proposals and participating in high-level sales meetings

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years experience executing digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients; agency experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and an understanding of vendor partnerships and tools required for an industry-leading ad operation
  • Experience interacting with executive-level leadership and setting roadmaps for a department
  • Experience designing and running advertising programs that are driven by market research and data science
  • Extensive experience managing and growing a team of digital marketing staff, including media planners and technical ad traffickers
  • Experience identifying needs and creating strategic media plans for clients of all sizes, from small businesses to global companies
  • Experience with Data Management Platforms and managing the offline to online data onboarding process
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a variety of campaign types including direct response as well as branding and persuasion
