It is important to keep the clients well informed on the status of their projects. They want to know and be assured that we are constantly on the same page when it comes to meeting their needs on the design of their website, and staying on schedule with their deadlines. Communicating and updating clients regularly takes a lot of time and the clients are usually not available to meet or take phone calls to go over any updates. Comindwork is the perfect solution to keeping clients updated regularly without having to delay workflow by waiting for the next meeting or phone conference on updates or feedback.

Collaborate

The Blog is a perfect way to collaborate. The client, as well as the design, development or sales team can post their updates, edits, comments, concerns, feedback, and responses. Everyone can see all the postings and all the information is documented in once location. Our company never has to search our emails anymore for information that needs to be forwarded to any of our departments or teams working on the project. Whenever a post is published everyone on the team is notified on their email account. Comindwork can be accessed at work or at home—whenever it is convenient for the client to look over.

Deadlines

The milestones calendar displays the deadline and due dates of major tasks. Anyone who is assigned the task receives an update ahead of time as a reminder of this deadline. Clients can stay informed of when to expect their milestones or task to be completed without having to make a phone call or sending an email inquiry.

Storage

There are multiple folders for clients and project team members to upload and download any images or files needed for the website project. Again, there is no relying on any team members collecting any information that needs to be passed from department to department. Anyone can access the files whenever they are ready to work on it.

Tasks

Any edits or responsibilities can be turned into a shopping list to be checked off. Everyone can view the shopping list to see what edits have been completed. This is a good way to keep the client assured that the edits are documented and will be checked off once they are done. The clients can view edits/tasks and know when they are completed.

Summary

The Comindwork interface helps us stay organized and up to date with our communications between departments and as well with clients. So far our clients have been happy with this interface because it resolves any confusion or miscommunication on their projects. They stay informed and can monitor our progress with their projects at anytime. They can communicate conveniently and easily with all of our team players.
